Halic University is a foundation university established by the Foundation for Children with Leukemia in accordance with the Higher Education Law in 1998 with more than 21 years of experience in the academic field, the University is distinguished by its diverse fields of majors (bachelor, master and doctorate).

It currently has 5 colleges, 3 institutes, 3 higher education institutes, a national music center and a vocational institute with 10,000 students.
